1. In our environment where even those with health insurance may not feel that they can afford to use it, health access options that take cash or insurance are what's most needed.
2. Full access to own, store and transfer your records is $9.95 per month if paid annually upfront or $119.40. for a savings of 13%!
3. The same program if paid monthly is $12.95 or $155.40 for the year.
4. If bundled with a base level virtual care subscription the total cost is only $14.95 per month if paid for the year in advance, or $17.95 if paid monthly.
5. Your MHR-PCP provider responsible for requesting and maintaining your access to records in our portal must be registered with us.
6. This can be your PCP, or one of our registered PCPs, or our virtual care subscription (best value).
7. For compliance purposes and to maintain this relationship, and thus your access, you are required to have two virtual visits per year even if you use your own provider.  Again, better to have a virtual care subscription with no visit limits.
8. If you choose to use our registered PCPs and pay the year in advance, that total cost for both visits is $120, or $60 per visit.
9. If you pay by the visit, you will pay $75 each time or $150 for the year.
10. We can introduce you to a monthly unlimited virtual care subscription, also for less than any TV streaming service. They have family plans too!  We highly recommend this option!
11. With the virtual subscription we can also connect you to labs, imaging, specialists, etc. using your insurance or cash pay between you and that service.
12. There will be an entire a la carte section for any and every group purchasing health access products and services that you could imagine.
