3. · Your latest Lab Reports – Log into the patient portal of your PCP and either download that last report or take a screenshot of it and save it to you My Health Records folder.

  These records remain secure online, and a link is available for your provider’s access;

1. · Once you have visited your provider, he/she will need access to more complete records to determine next streps.
